Hi Sandra,
We usually do carry both garlic bulbs and saffron crocus (Crocus sativus). We'll have both of them in the fall. Due to seasonal availability, and appropriate planting time, we can't carry them year-round. Start checking with us mid-September!

Great information. In addition to all the veggies you currently have at NHG, how about adding garlic and saffron crocus bulbs for those of us with "exotic" tastes? I'd like to buy them locally instead of using catalogs to find them.

Carrie

Wow! This is great information! Thank you!

I was JUST talking to the hubs last night about what to do with those beautiful greenies on the vine. I'll be taking your advice and replacing my tomatoes with cucumbers or something else this week!

Lauren

This is fantastic. Thank you! I'll stop giving all the green tomatoes on the vine the evil eye and let them wait for warmer weather.

If I have immature fruit should I still pull it? Is what I have on the vine today all I'm going to get? These tomatoes are stressing me out!

Jim J.

Excellent explanation and advice, Leslie. I greatly appreciate it! (Hoping this "cool" spell will retrigger the rest of my tomatoes...if not, it will be replanting time!
Thanks again!

NC

thank you, thank you, thank you! i'll be pulling up my tomatoes this weekend replanting for fall. i think it was a combo of poor water management early on and then the oppressive heat.
